PILOT Twin

Spray Gun for Separating Agents

PILOT Twin was developed for spraying low-viscosity materials such as separating agents. The separating agent spray gun is available in an HVLP version with low overspray. Application examples: in the automotive industry in the production of PU foam, for spraying oil in forming technology or for spraying water in chemical processes. PILOT Twin offers a choice of three different spraying angles (approx. 30°, 60° round jet). Changing the nozzle insert or the air cap for this purpose is not necessary. Only the air distributor rings (included free of charge) need to be changed. That can be done in seconds without using tools. PILOT Twin is available as a ready-to-use system with a 5-metre twin hose and a 2-litre aluminum pressure tank.

Spraygun for abrasive Media

PILOT Premium AR rounds off the range.

The abbreviation AR stands for Abrasive Resistant. A special air cap for optimum atomization and a wear-resistant nozzle insert have been designed for the extreme requirements of abrasive media such as ceramics, enamel or engobes. All wetted parts are made of stainless steel. Equally good handling for left-handed and right-handed users. The gun body is made of forged aluminum high-quality chrome surface.
